Neuro-developmental stimulation

Neuro-developmental stimulation (NDS) is a movement program that helps children mature in the area of the nervous system.

It focuses on persistent primary reflexes that can affect concentration, coordination, behaviour and school performance.

If a child's nervous system is not sufficiently mature, it may show up as restlessness, impulsivity, quick fatigue, difficulties with writing and reading, or challenges in fine and gross motor skills. Through targeted movement exercises, NDS supports the natural maturation of the brain and a better connection between body and thinking.

The program is based on principles of psychomotor development and works with simple, systematic exercises that the child performs briefly but regularly. The goal is not to fix the child, but to support natural development so that the child can concentrate better, learn more easily and feel more confident.

I work individually, sensitively and in close cooperation with parents. If you are not sure whether NDS is suitable for your child, I will be happy to offer a consultation.

How it works

The first visit takes about 1 hour and includes a conversation with the parents, diagnostics and an explanation of the system.

Each follow-up visit takes place once every 14 days.

The exercise program lasts approximately 30 weeks, depending on the needs and possibilities of the specific child.
