Lessons are designed also for children with special educational needs. Thanks to the smaller number of children in the group, an individual approach can be maintained.

Yoga for adults
Lessons are thematic and focused on a specific asana, a physical issue or work with props, always with respect to the client's current physical and mental condition.
I work from the B.K.S. Iyengar yoga approach, which emphasizes correct execution of asanas with the help of props, pose modifications and personal assistance from the teacher.
In the lessons I focus on correct execution of the asanas so that we can gain the maximum benefit from them.
The foundation of yoga practice is pranayama (breath work) as well as the art of relaxation and concentration.
